TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms explain the use of fullcircleconst.com and inquiries submitted to Full Circle Construction through our website, advertisements, and related communication channels. Please review them before requesting roofing or construction services. If you do not agree to these website terms, please discontinue use of the website.

About our services

Full Circle Construction serves property owners, businesses, property managers, and HOA communities in Southern California. Our website describes commercial roofing, roof repair, replacement, coatings, maintenance, siding, solar and energy infrastructure, parking structure resurfacing, and related construction services. Availability and suitability depend on your property's location, condition, project requirements, and our confirmed scope of work.

Website information and property assessments

Roofing articles, service descriptions, project photographs, and examples provide general information. They are not a diagnosis of your building or a substitute for a property-specific inspection, engineering review, or written recommendation. A roof's condition, underlying damage, drainage, structural capacity, and suitability for coatings or solar cannot always be determined from photographs or a form submission.

Do not climb onto a roof or enter an unsafe area to gather information for us. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services. Sending a form does not dispatch a crew or guarantee emergency response.

Contact forms, quote requests, and accurate information

Provide accurate contact details, property information, and a description of the work you are considering. If you act for a company, property owner, or HOA, identify your role and obtain any authority needed to request services or share project materials. Submitting an inquiry requests follow-up; it does not authorize construction, reserve a start date, or create a signed construction agreement.

Only send photographs, plans, and other materials you are authorized to share. We may use those materials to evaluate your inquiry and coordinate the requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submission alone does not transfer ownership of your plans or authorize their public use in marketing.

Personalized quotes and estimates

Preliminary discussions and estimates depend on the information available at the time. A final proposal may require site access, measurements, investigation of existing roofing or building conditions, material selection, and review of permit or engineering requirements. Confirm the included work, exclusions, assumptions, price, and any expiration date in the written proposal.

Website examples and general price or savings information are not a guaranteed price for your property. Additional damage, concealed conditions, code requirements, or changes to your requested work may affect a proposal or require a documented change to an existing project agreement.

Written construction agreements and scope of work

Before work proceeds, the applicable written project agreement should identify the work, materials, price, payment arrangements, responsibilities, and other project-specific terms. That agreement governs the construction services and takes priority over general website descriptions if they differ, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not replace required contract notices, disclosures, or signatures.

For California home improvement work, changes to scope or price must be documented in a written change order signed by the customer and contractor before the changed work begins, as required by law. Keep approved changes with the original agreement. See the CSLB's information about home improvement contracts.

Scheduling, access, permits, and approvals

Appointment requests and proposed start dates require confirmation. Roofing and exterior construction schedules can be affected by rain, wind, unsafe conditions, material availability, inspections, utility coordination, and conditions discovered during work. Any resulting schedule changes are handled under the project agreement.

The agreement should identify responsibility for permits, HOA approvals, site access, tenant notifications, work areas, and protection of surrounding property. Tell our team about known leaks, hazardous materials, access restrictions, occupied areas, or other conditions that may affect planning. A website inquiry does not grant permission to enter a property or obtain approvals on your behalf.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Deposits, progress payments, final payments, and any financing arrangements are addressed in the written project documents and must comply with applicable law. This website does not establish a separate payment schedule, cancellation fee, or refund deadline for construction work.

To reschedule an assessment or discuss cancellation, contact our team promptly. For a signed project, follow the cancellation instructions in your agreement and any applicable statutory notice. Nothing on this page limits a cancellation right or refund required by law. The CSLB provides information on cancellation rights and exceptions.

Roofing warranties and project performance

Any workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer warranty should be reviewed in the project documents. Coverage, duration, maintenance duties, exclusions, and claim procedures depend on those written terms and applicable law. A description such as durable, protective, or energy efficient does not create an additional warranty or guarantee a particular roof lifespan.

Roof coating eligibility, leak repairs, solar output, energy savings, incentives, and financing depend on property-specific conditions and third-party requirements. We do not guarantee utility approvals, incentive eligibility, insurance coverage, or a financial return through general website statements. Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SMS, AI-assisted communications, email, and phone calls

We may follow up with clients and prospective clients through SMS text messages, emails, direct phone calls, and AI-assisted communications, including AI-generated voice calls where permitted and with any required consent. Communications may concern personalized quotes, requested services, newsletters, account updates, appointments, or the details and progress of projects we are working on with you.

Follow-up may relate to a contact, quote, or other form submitted on our website or through Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, other social media, or a third-party advertising, referral, or lead service. Communication depends on your request, preferences, applicable consent, and law. AI-assisted tools may help prepare responses or coordinate follow-up; a generated response does not itself approve a contract change, final price, or construction schedule.

Submitting a form or accepting these website terms does not by itself authorize every type of marketing contact. We obtain separate consent where required, including prior express written consent for applicable automated marketing calls and texts. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

  • Text messages: Frequency varies with your inquiries, subscriptions, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact us directly to stop texts or request assistance.
  • Marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link in the message or email info@fullcircleconst.com.
  • Marketing and AI-generated calls: Tell the caller or contact our team to request that calls stop or to withdraw consent.

Opting out of marketing does not cancel your project or quote request. Necessary non-marketing communications may continue through a permitted channel consistent with your preferences and applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and additional choices.

Responsible website use

Use the website for legitimate inquiries and information. Do not submit deceptive requests, impersonate a property owner, introduce malicious software, disrupt forms, or attempt to access restricted systems. We may restrict abusive access to protect the website and its users.

Website materials and external services

Full Circle Construction's branding and website materials, and materials licensed from others, remain subject to their owners' rights. You may save relevant information for evaluating a project. Obtain permission before republishing our project images or using our branding to imply an endorsement.

Links to manufacturers, financing providers, utility resources, social media, or other services lead to sites with separate terms and policies. Verify their current requirements directly; an external link is not a promise that their services or offers are available for your project.

Website availability and corrections

We may correct service descriptions, outdated information, or other website errors. Online forms and pages may occasionally be unavailable. Contact us by phone or email if a submission fails or if an appointment or request needs confirmation. Website changes do not amend an existing signed project agreement.

Website limitations and your rights

The website is provided for general information and inquiries, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability of every description for a particular property. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website errors or interruptions. This provision does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited, excuse fraud or willful misconduct, or alter obligations under a construction agreement.

Questions, disputes, and governing law

Please contact us with website or project concerns and include enough detail for our team to investigate. California law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. Project disputes are addressed under the applicable signed agreement and law. This page does not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or prevent you from contacting a regulator or exercising available legal rights.

Updates to these terms

Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Review the current version when using the website or submitting a new inquiry. Changes to this page do not retroactively change a signed project agreement or replace any notice or consent required by law.
