Anthony Paduano has dedicated nearly 30 years to the construction industry. He began his career in the late 1990s, learning the business from the ground up while working alongside family members in construction. Starting in concrete, Anthony gained hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of the trade, including demolition, framing, tenant improvements, renovations, roofing, and complete ground-up residential construction.
In 1997, Anthony built his first home, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to quality workmanship, leadership, and client satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed a diverse range of projects throughout Southern California, from custom homes and residential roofing to large-scale commercial and institutional work.
Approximately five years ago, Anthony shifted his primary focus to commercial construction, specializing in roofing and exterior building envelope systems. Today, Full Circle Construction provides commercial roofing, siding, waterproofing, and restoration services throughout California. The company specializes in torch-down roofing systems, single-ply TPO and PVC roofing, silicone restoration systems, waterproofing, and comprehensive roof maintenance programs designed to extend the life of existing assets.
For the past several years, Anthony has worked closely with homeowners associations and property management companies, developing an understanding of the unique challenges associated with occupied communities, resident communication, scheduling, and maintaining clean and professional job sites. Anthony has installed numerous residential roofing systems over the years, including tile roofing, and has extensive experience with modern commercial roofing applications.
